In the pre-listing stage we met face to face at our house, this is where we met Jacinta as well, they work incredibly well together and were confident in what the house needed in order to fetch the highest price, Celeste helped us with her contacts for certain repairs and then proceeded to stage our home for the sale photos. The creativity and ideas flowed between Celeste, Jacinta and ourselves as we saw the house really come into its most beautiful form. This was a really fun part of the process that I'll always remember.
During the listing Celeste and Jacinta worked to their strengths, communicating with us and potential buyers about our home, they kept detailed records of the prospects and gave us a briefing immediately afterward. It was good to have such detail as we felt like we were there with them and had a good grasp of what people were saying about buying our home.
We had many offers, and Celeste and Jacinta were able to sort through them and present them to us well to make our decision easy for us. It was a good experience and both Celeste and Jacinta were invested in our story and the potential buyers.
Celeste assisted us with her contacts when it came to completing the small tasks required for building and pest and settlement went through in a breeze! Celeste and Jacinta both warmly congratulated us with a small gift which was a beautiful and thoughtful touch, showing how much they cared and understood us based on the experiences we shared throughout this process.
